Come join us for a wonderful evening of food and wine pairings from Becker Vineyards.

Menu includes:

Course 1 – passed Hors d’oeuvres
Chenin Blanc or Cabernet Sauvignon
Assorted small bites from Chef Leanne Morgan

Course 2 – Crawfish
Sauvignon Blanc
Crawfish tails, spicy consommé, baby potatoes, Spanish Chorizo, grilled baby corn

Course 3- Salad
Beets, Brussels sprouts, soft boiled egg, Texas goat cheese, micro chives, cider glaze

Course 4- Steak
Wagu skirt steak, Honey nut green beans, pancetta potato gratin, Tempranillo demi glace

Course 5- Dessert
Lemon poppy Brie en croute, honey glazed black berries, ver jus, vanilla sabayon
